Maximum Capacity

Maximum capacity for a sit-down service is 48 people.  The banquet room can accommodate larger parties “cocktail style parties” where some guests are standing.  Larger events can be formatted to include the dining room.

Layout of the Banquet Room

Our standard banquet tables are five-foot rounds that seat up to 8 people.  Our banquet room can hold up to 6 round tables; can be formatted to conference seating; or in a large U-shape for formal presentations.

Banquet Room Fees

• There is a $50 charge for the banquet room to cover all conversion and specialty linen
• An 18% gratuity is applied to all parties

Audio Visual Equipment

• $200 for our LCD projector including all adapters

• $50 for our screen which includes extension cord, surge protector, and projector table
• WiFi

Banquet Room Minimums

Minimums amounts are calculated to include all charges for room, food, & beverages.

• $250 minimum for Lunch Banquets, $300 minimum in December
• $750 minimum for Dinner Banquets, $1000 minimum in December

Hours of Operation

Kinley’s normal hours of operation are Tuesday-Saturday from 11:30am-10:00pm.  Kinley’s banquet room is available outside of the normal hours of operation for special events.  Labor charges will be applied to all banquets outside the normal hours of operation.

• Dinner Banquets are scheduled 5:00pm - 6:00pm, or after 8:00pm to avoid conflict with regular dinner service.

Custom Table Menus

Custom table menus are used for events of 12 or more.  This is to insure prompt service in a silent manner so that you can better accomplish the business of your event.  Courses can include appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts.  Any special dietary needs will gladly be accommodated (allergies, vegetarian, etc.).  Custom meals for a specific individual can be prepared with advance notice.

Confirming Dates

Banquet dates are confirmed with a signed contract and credit card.  Menus should be confirmed 7 days before an event.  The minimum number of guests attending must be confirmed 72 hours before an event.  We will provide seating for up to 20% over your minimum guarantee.

Kinley’s Menu Items change on a seasonal basis to guarantee the freshest possible product.  Our current menu is available online at kinleysrestaurant.com.

• Each Table Menu will have an area at the top that will include the date of your event and a special greeting.  This allows special guests to be honored.

Lunch Options

• Main Option - Includes choice of 2-3 options consisting of Sandwiches ($9-$14), Entrée Salads ($7-$16), Lunch Entrées ($12-$16), or a combination of all three styles.  Price is based on the most valuable item.  Fries are served with Sandwiches unless you would like to upgrade to a salad for an additional $2.
• Side Salad Course - $5 per person.  Paired with Lunch Entrees or Sandwiches with Fries.
• Desert Course - $4 per person.  Includes choice of 2 options.
• Appetizer Course - May be discussed if you are doing a formal or lengthy event.

Dinner Options

• Appetizer Course - $10 per person.  This is a great option for when guests may not arrive all at the same time or if you require “meet-and-great” time.  The preferred appetizer option is Chef’s Choice Appetizers, an assortment of fresh appetizers sent to each table.  Oftentimes Chef’s Choice Appetizers will include options that are not on Kinley’s regular appetizer menu.  Specific requests may be made which may or may not require different pricing.
• Salad Course - $5 per person.  It is recommended to select one salad option for all of your guests.  This allows the server to be in the banquet room taking entrée and dessert orders while the kitchen is preparing your salads.  This saves around 20 minutes on service time.
• Dinner Entrée Course - $16-$32 per person.  Choice of up 2-3 entrees from our Dinner Menu.  Price is based on the most valuable item.
• Desert Course - $4 per person.  Includes choice of 2 options.

Heavy Appetizers

• Perfect for casual receptions.  No Custom Table Menus.
• Prices range $10 per person and up depending on how extravagant an event.
• Appetizers may be offered on an Appetizer Table, Butler Passed, or a combination of both.
• These menus are customized for each event depending on specific requirement.  Some events may require all appetizers to be consumed without silverware; other events where guests will be seated can accommodate more complex appetizers that require silverware.
• Oftentimes appetizers will include options that are not on Kinley’s regular appetizer menu.
